PayPay and American Express are not on the official list.

JCB: chosen at checkout

Visa and Mastercard are saved under 「お支払方法」 (Payment Method) with 「カードを追加」 (Add Card). A JCB card cannot be registered there; you use it at checkout, where myfans hands you over to an external payment page.

If your card is declined

A card that works elsewhere can still be refused, because the payment company linked to myfans does not accept some cards. myfans cannot say which ones. The fix is another card. If a subscribed plan's card stops working, the renewal fails, the plan is cancelled and you get an email saying the renewal failed, so switch cards before your renewal date.

Currency and your total

Prices are in yen. When your card is charged in another currency, your card company converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Checkout shows the total including the purchase fee. A first-month discount does not apply with BitCash, or on card payments for plans above a certain price.

Check what you paid

「購入履歴」 (Purchase history), under Account → 購入・保存, lists each purchase with its payment method, the last four digits of the card and the name shown on your statement.
